COMMENTS ON EBITDA AND RECURRING EBITDA

EBITDA and Recurring EBITDA are non-accounting measurements that the Company prepares, in order to present measures of its liquidity, calculated in compliance with the provisions of CVM Circular Letter No. 01/2006, consisting of the result before income tax and social contribution plus net financial result and depreciation and amortization. EBITDA and Recurring EBITDA are not recognized by international standards (IFRS) and Accounting Practices Adopted in Brazil, do not represent cash flow for the periods presented, and should not be considered as a basis for the distribution of dividends, alternatives to net income as indicators of operating performance or cash flow, or even as indicators of liquidity, are not performance indicators either. EBITDA and Recurring EBITDA do not have a standard meaning and the Company’s definition of EBITDA and Recurring EBITDA cannot be compared with the EBITDA presented by other companies.
